 Piquillo pepper and Espelette pimiento in a recipe – not quite an explosion in the mouth– but very nearly! Unbeatable with Bayonne ham or scrambled eggs.

 Serving advice : Savor spread on bread as an appetizer, to accompany grilled meat, fish and cheese or as a garnish for pasta, rice and potatoes.

 Ingredients : Sweet Piquillo pepper  (37%), eggplant, sweet bell pepper, onion, tomato, olive oil, salt, garlic, Espelette pepper (0,03%). May contain traces of nuts.
